1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the uubd platform and all its services. By visiting the site, opening an account or using any service, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

uubd is an online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These Terms are written in Bengali and shall be considered the final and binding document.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all products and services of uubd — including online casino, slots, cricket betting, live casino, mobile app and any new services launched in the future.

1.2 Eligibility

You confirm that you are:

• At least 21 years of age;
• Mentally capable and legally entitled to enter into a contract;
• Not subject to any legal restriction from your location that prevents you from using this platform.

2 Account Registration

To open an account at uubd, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number and other personal details submitted at registration must be true and valid.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are opened by the same person, family or device, uubd reserves the right to close all such accounts. Any bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification

uubd may request identity verification at any time. In such cases, you may be required to submit a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

2.3 Updating Information

If any account details change — such as your mobile number or email address — you are required to notify uubd promptly. Any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information are the user's own responsibility.

3 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is your own responsibility. uubd will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

3.1 Third-Party Access

You may not allow anyone else to use your account. If another person places bets or conducts transactions from your account, you bear full responsibility for that. uubd will not be liable for any transactions carried out by a third party without authorisation.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

uubd's security team monitors account activity. If any unusual or suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Popular payment methods in Bangladesh are available for deposits and withdrawals at uubd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. To complete a withdrawal, your identity verification must be done and withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Transactions may only be made through a payment account registered in your own name. Using another person's account or a joint account for transactions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.4 Validity of Deposits

All deposits must be legitimate and from your own funds. Funds from suspicious sources will not be accepted, and uubd reserves the right to hold such transactions pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

uubd's bonus offers are subject to specific conditions. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have agreed to the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, the wagering requirement on that bonus is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Each person may use a promotion only once.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus terms may result in the entire bonus being cancelled.
• uubd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is available under the uubd VIP programme. Cashback is a set percentage of weekly net losses (total losses minus total winnings): Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%. Example: if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

6 Betting Rules

When betting at uubd, the specific rules of each game must be followed. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled, though exceptions may apply in cases of technical error or event cancellation.

6.1 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football and other sports, the odds offered at the time of placing the bet are considered final. If a match is abandoned or not completed within the scheduled time, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.2 Casino and Live Games

In slots, baccarat, roulette and other casino games, the outcome of each round is independent and not dependent on previous results. If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round may be voided.

6.3 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet is finalised, the odds at the time the bet was accepted will apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at uubd:

• Bonus abuse or using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits;
• Collusion or coordinating with other players to influence outcomes;
• Using software bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting unauthorised access to uubd's systems or network;
• Opening an account with false information or concealing identity.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

uubd believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial hardship. We advise all our members to play responsibly and within their limits.

9 Intellectual Property and Content

Limited viewing of content is permitted for personal, non-commercial use. However, no content may be redistributed, modified, sold or used for commercial purposes.

9.2 Third-Party Content

Content from game providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, etc.) is governed by their own intellectual property rights. The terms of the respective provider apply to any claims relating to such content.

10 Changes to Terms

uubd reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform when changes are made, and the date of the change will be noted on this page.

Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new Terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

uubd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Registration with false or incorrect information;
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification;
• Evidence of fraud or any other misconduct;
• A court order or directive from a law enforcement authority.

11.1 Self-Closure

If you wish to close your own account, contact the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, make sure you are aware of any pending bonus wagering requirements.

11.2 Fund Return

If uubd closes an account and there is no reason relating to a breach of these Terms, any legitimate funds will be returned. Funds may be held if the account is under investigation.
